Not totally satisfied with your purchase? We want to make it right. That's why returns at Sinfulbody.com are easy. You can return your item/s for store credit (minus shipping) via our On-line Return Center.
✓ We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
✓ Refunds (minus shipping) are issued in the form of a Sinfulbody Online Store Credit, that can be used towards a future order.
✓ All returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, spray tan, glitter, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, or similar product stains will be refused.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- We do not provide return labels for returns.
✓ Please allow 7-10 days to process your return for refund to your original form of payment or Sinfulbody Online Credit.
✓ All returned items are inspected to ensure that they are new and unworn. Merchandise received back in worn condition will void the return.
✓ Simply make a return request via our On-line Return center. Once your on-line return request has been approved. Return your item with a completed return form to indicate your preference for refund or Sinfulbody Online Credit.
Shoe Returns to Sinfulbody.com:
✓ Shoes must be returned and received in new unworn condition. Shoes should be free of any foot marks, spray tan, oils, scuff marks, etc.
✓ Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. Rejected shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
Exceptions: If you received this item as a gift, please note that a refund will only be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase. Returns made after 30 days with an invoice will be offered a SINFULBODY.COM eGift Card equal to a full merchandise refund, no matter what your original form of tender.
Competition Suit Return to Sinfulbody.com:
✓ Competition Suits must be returned and received with all original tags still attached, in new unworn condition, in the original packaging, and with a completed return form. Competition suits include a hygienic liner in the bikini bottoms. That hygienic liner must be intact and in new condition. Once the hygienic liner is removed, the item is non-returnable.
✓ Competition Suits returned with obvious use, makeup, spray tan, glitter, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, or similar product stains will be refused.
