HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

    • Sinfulbody.com uses US Postal Service and FedEx as its preferred shipping carriers. 

HOW DO YOU DECIDE IF IT SHIPS THRU THE US POSTAL SERVICE OR FEDEX?

    • The selection on which carrier will be based on which shipping method you select, your shipping location, and if you are in the USA, Canada or an International Order.

 WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER BY

    • Orders placed before 1:00PM (EST) will be processed and shipped out the same business day.
    • All orders placed after 1:00PM (EST) will be processed and shipped the following business morning.

DO YOU PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS? 

    • Orders are not processed on Weekends or Holidays.
    • All orders placed on Friday after 1:00PM (EST), or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the first business morning following the weekend.
    • Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the first business day following the holiday.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA OR INTERNATIONAL? 

    • Yes, we ship to Canada and to a select number of international countries.
    • International customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties that their country charges. 
    • Canadian Orders. Just about everything individuals import into Canada is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of five percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied. We are not responsible for these fees imposed by the Canadian Govt.
    • Refused Package Policy: Any order refused by the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL POSTAL CODES AND ZIP CODES? 

    • Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural postal codes and zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

    • Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take vary.
    • We cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to APO/FPO/DPO addresses

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO REFUSE MY PACKAGE BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND? 

    • Refused Package Policy: Any order refused by the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable
