Federation Competition Heel Shoe Rules

So you may be wondering what shoes to wear? That in itself, is a pretty simple question. But unfortunately, the answer isn't as straight forward. Most rules on competition heels will revolve around some basic things. These rules will define allowed color, style, heel height, platform thickness and shoe decorations. And these rules will be dictated by the federation you are competing in.

Here is a list of federations and links to their rules and regulations to help guide you. But I absolutely recommend, in fact I insist that you do your own sleuthing, and make sure you know the rules. You have invested a great amount of time, money and hunger preparing for your Bikini Competition Day. The last thing you need to happen, is to be told that you aren't allowed to compete or get major deductions because you are not within the shoe judging criteria.

Please keep in mind, that this is just a guide and should not be considered absolute. Its up to you to double check and make sure you know what you need to comply with shoe judging criteria. And if you would like to provide any additional information that would help a fellow bikini competitor navigate the bikini competition world, please feel free to let us know and we can add it to this list.
